HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We allow 2–3 working days to process and prepare your order before it's dispatched. Once sent, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days nationwide. Local collection from Woodstock, Cape Town is available once payment has been confirmed and your order is ready. Please note that timelines may vary during peak periods or if an item is temporarily out of stock - we'll always let you know.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Not at this stage, we currently ship within South Africa only.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
Candle care is a real question and a good one to answer. Trim the wick, first burn rules, keep away from drafts, this also reduces the chance of someone misusing a product and blaming you for it.
